AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
A volunteer committee cannot build a movement alone from an executive boardroom. To make this project real, we are launching the GEC WIB Ambassador Network—and we want you.
An Ambassador is a designated operational contact within their national federation. You do not need to be a board member. We are looking for passionate coaches, active athletes, senior officials, development officers, or volunteers who care deeply about equity and have a strong local network.
Disseminate: Receive brief quarterly GEC news updates and share them internally with your federation colleagues.
Report: Act as a local radar, reporting back to the GEC on regional concerns, barriers, and breakthrough initiatives.
Champion: Help coordinate local campaigns, open days, or progress surveys within your country.
Connect: Attend a single, 60-minute virtual briefing session with the European GEC team every yea
